They are finally here and happy to say I just might love these as much as I love my SANWEAR Mecha which I’ve had and religiously use to this day. Outside of some first time wearing adjustments (wired is back) to be had sizing up ear-tips and sound settings, it then turns into a mad search to see what else sounds this good again. I’d like to mention the founders David “DL” Leung and Devin Marty of SAN SOUNDS first because it will all make sense when we get to expectations on quality. Leung was a founding engineer for Beats by Dre (Monster) and Marty has an incredible grasp on community, design, blockchain with execution that feels perfect for the brand. Major kudos to them for leading a cutting edge brand that has been delivering and constantly building in such a spectacular manner.
Ok, the HARDWIRES will make you forget about charging ear buds and the lacking quality you are used to in affordable (both wireless and wired) ear buds. The sound brings you into the game, scene or song playing w/ that sweet sweet full bass, beautiful clarity on vocals and finer instruments as well. I’ve been testing them on everything I can throw at it and it keeps surprising me how clear n’ full things sound without distortion or sacrificing design for quality. I’m not a technical reviewer so no frequency or latency shares here but I know what I like and when it sounds good… these are it. The design is built for daily use from the cool bud design and customization options to the durable Battleflex cable and USB-C connect but this time without the sacrifice on audio quality at a decent price.
The woes of me constantly looking for buds and cans that offer at least a decent experience are finally over, HARDWIRE is straight up is one of the best buds I’ve ever used and truly believe in what they are building.
